Poudre Overlook Annual Homeowner’s Meeting Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2019

Dear Poudre Overlook HOA Member,

It’s time for the Annual Poudre Overlook HOA Member
meeting. It is scheduled to be
held on November 12, 2019, from 7-9 pm, in the Auditorium of the Lincoln Middle
School at 1600 Lancer Drive, Fort Collins.

Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete the
registration process, receive any updates to the agenda, opt in to electronic
communication, and receive secret ballots and hand vote cards.

We will have more electronic communication opt-in forms
available at the registration table for those of you who desire to have the HOA
communicate with you via electronic mail yet may have misplaced the form
delivered to you previously.

neighborhood. Member involvement
is paramount to the success of the HOA.
