DESCRIPTION:October 12\, 2019 \nDear Poudre Overlook HOA Member\, \nIt’s time for the Annual Poudre Overlook HOA Member\nmeeting. It is scheduled to be\nheld on November 12\, 2019\, from 7-9 pm\, in the Auditorium of the Lincoln Middle\nSchool at 1600 Lancer Drive\, Fort Collins. \nPlease plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete the\nregistration process\, receive any updates to the agenda\, opt in to electronic\ncommunication\, and receive secret ballots and hand vote cards. \nWe will have more electronic communication opt-in forms\navailable at the registration table for those of you who desire to have the HOA\ncommunicate with you via electronic mail yet may have misplaced the form\ndelivered to you previously.  \nPlease see the proposed agenda below.   \nWe hope to see you in support of our great\nneighborhood. Communications Director – to include website update \n      B.  Treasurer – to include transition report and vote to accept proposed budget \n      C.
