The newly elected Board of Directors for Poudre Overlook has posted an announcement on our USPS mail boxes, which you may or may not have noticed. The HOA website has not yet been released by the old Board to the new, so no announcements or emails are possible without the cooperation of the old ‘majority bloc’, which still controls the website.
While there are requirements for giving notice, it was evident at the end of the Special Meeting on August 27, that the ‘majority bloc’ wished to rush the transfer by the end of the month. It literally creates a situation that could fairly be called an emergency. I do believe it’s proper to waive concerns with notice requirements under the circumstances.
Since the agenda includes significant topics regarding the future direction of the Board and Association, anyone who has input should consider attending. This is a unique opportunity to participate.

The new Board is Matt Clark (Pres.), Herb Weatherington (VP), Jen Hutchenson (Treas.), Sara Young (Sec), and Meg Campbell (Comm.) are on the new board now.
