With the deadline approaching for mailing out the USPS Notices for the March 7, 2023 POHOA Board Meeting at the Senior Center (10 days in advance per CCIOA and the POHOA Bylaws), the Board quietly changed the date on the Frontsteps website. While no agenda has been posted, the Calendar has now has the meeting on March 22, 2023, moving the meeting from a Tuesday to a Wednesday.

Stay tuned for further details as they are revealed. Hopefully whatever policy changes are being considered will be revealed to maximize the time homeowners have to review for comment and consideration in advance of the meeting.
Andrew, I’m trying to contact you regarding having your homeowners association group submit an amicus brief to the supreme court regarding having courts enforce the plane language of section 38-33.3-209.5 (5)(a) of CCIOA, rather than allowing associations to “substantially comply” with their collection policies. Alex,
As you can see from the subsequent post about the 3/22 meeting, our Board chose to put into place a Collection Policy that is not only unenforceable, it actually crosses the line into Usury, which is potentially a felony (has to meet criteria). Please let me know how I can help.
Andy
