On May 16, 2019, in response to the Report of a Violation, the President and Vice President (who voted themselves into those officer positions just 2 days prior), contacted Pete Dauster to sequester him from both contact and releasing documents to any other Board Members.

Eventually, this debate results in a direct notice to Pete Dauster, advising him that all information must be shared with all Board members, and that he must, without question, turn over any documentation from the ACC/CCR Chairpersons who visited him in October and November of 2018. Mr. Dauster was contacted on May 30, 2019 with the rationale for why he should release the documents that the President and Vice President had refused to turn over to the Secretary.
