Subject: Resignation
Dear Neighbors,
On December 8, 2019, the Poudre Overlook HOA Board of Directors was notified that I intended to resign my position on the HOA Board as well as from the office of President of the HOA sometime soon after the HOA Board meeting of December 11, 2019. I have tendered those resignations.
There are several reasons for my resignations, some obvious and public, some not so obvious and private. Trust that I contemplated and agonized over this decision for several days before taking action.
I am proud of the things the current Board has accomplished in the recent three months. My top seven goals were completed or are well underway, and I think the HOA is positioned in the proper direction to continue making progress to better our community. I thank those of you who supported the Board up to this day. Keep up the efforts. Your participation is essential to the success of the HOA.

OFFICIAL RESIGNATION LETTER:
December 12, 2019
Poudre Overlook Board of Directors,
To clearly state and make formal, I am resigning from all HOA administrative positions I hold, effective today, December 12, 2019 at 15:15 pm. These positions include the directorship on the Poudre Overlook HOA Board of Directors, the officer position of President of the HOA, and as Chairperson of the Architectural Control Committee. I also resign my from my membership on the Architectural Control Committee effective immediately.
