After explaining why Robert’s Rules of Order MUST be used in the Poudre Overlook HOA, Andy Mowery proposed several Motions that would start a path towards Institutional Consistency. The email never received a response, and the Board refused to add this to any agenda for any meeting in June, July, or August. There has never even been a discussion of these subjects by the Board since the email was sent.
