The best method to back up Microsoft 365 is by using a dedicated backup solution that securely stores mailbox data on your local system. While Microsoft provides data redundancy, it is not a replacement for a comprehensive backup strategy. A professional tool like MailsDaddy Office 365 Backup Tool allows you to back up emails, contacts, calendars, notes, tasks and attachments with ease. It supports incremental backups, selective mailbox backup, multiple export formats such as PST, MBOX, and EML, and preserves folder hierarchy and metadata, ensuring quick recovery whenever needed.
