If you use Orum for auto-dialing leads in parallel with AI call detection, you may have already run into answered calls not connecting to an available sales rep. It's a common enough complaint that there are usually clear, practical link slot steps you can take before assuming anything is permanently broken.

Understanding whether the issue sits on your device or on Orum's servers is the fastest way to know which fixes are worth trying first.

Possible Causes

• High server demand during busy hours can slow down or interrupt processing related to auto-dialing leads in parallel with AI call detection.
• Cached data or cookies stored locally can conflict with how Orum loads or processes new requests.
• Conflicts with browser extensions or other background software can interfere with how Orum runs.
• A temporary outage or maintenance window on Orum's end can affect requests without much warning.
• Device-level issues, like low storage or limited memory, can prevent smooth processing during auto-dialing leads in parallel with AI call detection.

Initial Troubleshooting Steps

1. Log out of Orum completely and log back in to refresh your session.
2. Wait a few minutes and try auto-dialing leads in parallel with AI call detection again, since temporary server congestion often resolves on its own.
3. Refresh the page or fully restart Orum before trying the same action again.

Advanced Steps

1. Clear cached data and cookies specifically tied to Orum, then log back in with a fresh session.
2. Break a large or complex request into smaller pieces before running it through Orum again.
3. Test auto-dialing leads in parallel with AI call detection again during a quieter time of day to see if server load is a factor.
4. Try auto-dialing leads in parallel with AI call detection on a different device or browser to see if the issue is specific to your original setup.
5. Reinstall Orum entirely if the problem persists, since this clears out any corrupted local data.

Security and Data Warning

Only install updates or extensions for Orum through official app stores or the company's own website, since unofficial versions are a common source of stolen data. Treat any unexpected request for your login details as a red flag, no matter how official it looks.

When to See a Technician

If none of these steps help and the issue is consistent rather than occasional, it's worth filing a support ticket with Orum so their team can check for an account-specific cause.

Conclusion

While frustrating in the moment, answered calls not connecting to an available sales rep is typically resolved through simple troubleshooting rather than a deeper account or software failure. Keep these steps handy in case it happens again during future sessions of auto-dialing leads in parallel with AI call detection.
